Spending $80M+ on one of the best Resort-class sites in Las Vegas

Ok!so after 18 months of very hard work spanning both sides of the pacific, we’ve finally completed the acquisition of this monster property in Las Vegas.  Situated at the intersection of the Las Vegas Blvd tourist strip and Chinatown, we get the benefit of heavy traffic along both arterial roads.  During the economic crash of 2008, Spring Mountain rd, also known to locals as Chinatown was practically recession proof-  all the businesses and tenants largely kept operating with few vacancies.  I can’t say more at this time about this exciting milestone project, but can finally take a breather after running so hard to finish this acquisition!
