Ming Sherwin Jarol, a wildly successful money manager and real estate expert after doing a handshake transaction in Las Vegas.  A huge thank you to this man’s integrity, despite fierce competition from another interested buyer for his 2 acre abandoned gas station in Las Vegas, Sherwin stuck to his word and completed the deal with me.  It was a great time this past week hitting the golf course and catching a movie with his long time buddies… all salt of the earth guys who are first class gentlemen!
